We started by specialising in the IT industry, focusing our consultants in a range of niche sectors; from Java to Salesforce 501 developers (Salesforce.com) or Ruby on Rails. ProFind has also now expanded to include pharmaceutical, hospitality, sales and telecommunication sectors.
We hope to alter the way recruitment companies are perceived and change the attitudes of consultants as well.
All of our consultants have the objective of obtaining an NVQ in Customer Service Level 3 plus a recognised qualification in their chosen technology field. This demonstrates to both candidates and clients that we always aim for long-term commitment rather than the ‘quick buck’ that is most commonly sought.
